With a comprehensive work profile encompassing overall management and client handling, he specializes in consultancy services, including the preparation and finalization of accounts for both private and public limited companies. His expertise extends to tax planning, audit, and compliance for various entities, GST registration and compliance, trademark registration, financial project preparation, and litigation support in company law matters.

In 2023, Advocate Adhikary founded RERA Pandit, which focuses on the registration and compliance processes with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, further assisting his clients in the real estate sector. His previous roles ranged from being the Internal Controller & Auditor at Banergy (P) Ltd, Internal Auditor at MPS – Greenery Developer Limited, to respectable positions at Deloitte, Bharat Sevashram Sangha Hospital, and Sukdev Roy & Co. (Chartered Accountants). Throughout his career, he has demonstrated proficiency in internal audit, HR policy-making, and financial project preparation.
