As a Bio-science graduate from Calcutta University, Mr. Sengupta boasts a rich and diverse professional journey that spans various sectors.
From his early years associated with watch/clock wholesale and retail sales to ethical sales promotion of pharmaceutical products in Orissa and Bengal, Mr. Sengupta has demonstrated a versatile skill set. From 1977 to 1979, he was engaged in watch/clock wholesale and retail sales industry, followed by ethical sales promotion of pharmaceutical products in Orissa and Bengal from 1979 to 1983. His extensive tenure from 1983 to 2003 in IMFL Sales & Marketing in the Eastern Region showcased his expertise in product development, positioning, and promotion. In this role, he successfully launched products in both retail markets and institutions, managed recruitment of sales personnel, coordinated with production and logistics, and oversaw distribution and retail networks. Additionally, Mr. Sengupta played a pivotal role in coordinating with finance and purchase departments for product pricing, profit and loss accountability. His responsibilities extended to managing Co2 production and sales, as well as overseeing the sales of colored and flavored liquors in CS outlets.

Transitioning into the realm of food product launching from 2003 to 2009, Mr. Sengupta directed sales and marketing efforts in Bengal, Jharkhand, Delhi, Haryana, and parts of UP and Punjab. Since 2009, he has been leveraging his expertise to assist practicing advocates by scrutinizing and drafting facts in criminal cases. With a wealth of experience spanning sales, marketing, and legal support, Mr. Biswajit Sengupta stands as a seasoned professional with a diversified skill set and a commitment to excellence.
